Privacy notice

Last updated October 2026

This notice explains what personal data we collect through momentumintact.com, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Cadre S.à r.l.-S, RCS Luxembourg B311191, operates Momentum and is the controller for personal data collected through momentumintact.com. You can reach us at hello@momentumintact.com.

What we collect

This site has no forms and sets no cookies. Apart from the visit data our host and analytics receive, described below, we collect personal data only when you contact us.

If you email us, including to request the sample assessment, we receive your name, your email address and anything you write.

If you arrange a call, Google's booking page collects your name, your email address, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking, and places the appointment in our calendar.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details to reply to you, to send the sample assessment you asked for, and to hold and follow up on the call you arranged. We rely on two legal bases: taking the steps you asked for before a possible engagement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Analytics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across other sites. It records the page visited, the referring site, and your country, browser, operating system and type of device. Because nothing is stored on your device, this site shows no cookie banner.

Who we share it with

Vercel hosts this site and provides the visit counts. Google provides our email and the booking page. Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements, and both may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers.

Material that clients share with us during an engagement is covered by the engagement letter, not by this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to follow up, and then for a reasonable period in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, write to hello@momentumintact.com.

You also have the right to complain to Luxembourg's data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.lu).
